We offer free shipping to anywhere in the UK.

Worldwide delivery

Standard Delivery service:

£19 by Royal Mail (it will take approx. 2-4 weeks). This service requires duties to be paid before the shipment is received.

Express Delivery service:

£60 by DHL or UPS (it will take approx. a week)

For orders over £800, DHL is our preferred shipper.

Import Duties and Taxes

For orders going outside of the UK, UK VAT will be removed at checkout.

Customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination (please see guidance on orders being shipped to the U.S below).

For orders going to the U.S, and shipped with Royal Mail, as per the new PDDP service introduced in August 2025, the U.S import fees are now required to be paid in advance. This means we must collect the fee for import duty before your order is dispatched. When your order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a separate invoice for the import fees. The PDDP service is limited to goods valued at up to $800.

How do I care for my product?

After using, please wipe the pearl with a dried soft cloth. They are affected by lighting, so please keep it in a case for storage. Pearls are vulnerable to moisture and dryness, so please take them out of the case and put them in the air. Meanwhile don’t keep them in the case for a long time, wear it occasionally as it’s important to make them breathe.

If you scrape or rub against a hard surface, the pearl will be damaged and lose its original luste. Please not to allow the pearl to touch hard objects such as sharp metal.

Please remove your ring when cooking, washing, bathing, or swimming in the pool. Pearls possess enough hardness to wear daily but soaking them in the water frequently could damage the surface and thread.

For a string neckless or a bracelet design it’s highly recommend for customers to change the thread every eight-ten years. Please contact us if you wish to change the thread.
