Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, then you will need to notify us about the return of your order within 14 days of receipt of your items.

To return an item to us, please contact us at sales@marikotsuchiyama.com. We must receive your return within 28 days of the delivery date.

All returned jewellery must be in its original and unworn condition, complete with all packaging to receive a refund for your order.

The refund will be made back to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your returned order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, including any tax and custom duty, and delivery charges will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept responsibility for return shipping costs, or any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you use a fully insured and traceable delivery service, as MARIKO TSUCHIYAMA LTD will not be responsible for the item until it is signed for by a member of our team.

Please note that all bespoke, made to order and altered pieces, unless damaged or faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, then please contact us at sales@marikotsuchiyama.com within 14 working days of receiving your order. There is a 3 month period to choose your new item and complete the exchange.

You will be responsible for exchange shipping costs, including any tax and custom duty, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
