The Defined Silhouette necklace evokes the delicate balance between strength and grace, reflecting the poise and harmony in the movement of a trained dancer. I have used Akoya pearls, with their natural, unaltered colour, and baroque spiky pearls, and arranged them irregularly, which is typical of my work. The chain and clasp are handmade. The organic shape and textural finish of the fastening is a signature of my jewellery.
I sourced the pearls from a local pearl farm near Nagasaki and my hometown. I visit the farm once a year, seeing how the pearls are grown and to speak with the farmers. These pearls are quite rare, and you won't find them easily.
The necklace is handcrafted from Sterling silver and Akoya pearls.

UK delivery
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the UK.
Worldwide delivery
Standard Delivery service:
£19 by Royal Mail (it will take approx. 2-4 weeks). This service requires duties to be paid before the shipment is received.
Express Delivery service:
£60 by DHL or UPS (it will take approx. a week)
For orders over £800, DHL is our preferred shipper.
Import Duties and Taxes
For orders going outside of the UK, UK VAT will be removed at checkout.
Customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination (please see guidance on orders being shipped to the U.S below).
For orders going to the U.S, and shipped with Royal Mail, as per the new PDDP service introduced in August 2025, the U.S import fees are now required to be paid in advance. This means we must collect the fee for import duty before your order is dispatched. When your order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a separate invoice for the import fees. The PDDP service is limited to goods valued at up to $800.
